Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns must be in original saleable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened body care products (Body Lotion, Body Wash)
  • Personal swimwear items (Boys Briefs & Racers, Bottoms) if the hygiene seal is broken
  • Custom or special order equipment (Diving Boards & Slides, Bleachers & Benches)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our Aquatic Specialists at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we process your request quickly:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number].
Item(s) for return/exchange: [Product Name(s), Size(s), Color(s)]

I confirm the item(s) are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while processing your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including AED Units & Cabinets, Backstroke Flags, or training equipment):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed and expedite your replacement
